SUMMARY

The project support is expected in quoting, pricing management, billing management and reporting to support the growth of freight desk business in Asia through the systematic management.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Provide prompt and compelling rate proposal internally/externally according to regional project manager’s instructions
? Co-work with project manager to kick off the project with initial system’s set up
? Report management – project’s track & trace, wining ratio analysis, customized reporting if needed
? To prepare billing summery timely after receiving the documentation from project manager and manage the receivable with proper escalation.

? Customer oriented person, with customer service’s experience in freight forwarding and logistics
? Ability to prepare the report, analyze the data
? Ability to prepare prompt rate proposal to customer

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
? Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Engineering, Transportation, or associate field), or 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent of education and experience.


SKILLS
? Fluent in English
? Proficient in programs used for email, word processing, data manipulation (excel spread sheets), power point presentation, and general internet skills.
