职位描述
1.Follow up on Incident management process/procedure, actively pick up and handle incident tickets;
2.Log, categories and priorities all incents or requests raised by users;
3.Able to solve medium to high complexity applications related incidents;
4.Regularly track progress of open incidents and keep users updated with actions on their open tickets;
5.Document and maintain knowledge "script"s for new and existing incidents;
6.Liaising with other second/third line operations groups and development to solve complicated incidents;
7.Able to analyze impact of incident and communicate it to affected user areas and minimize it;
8.Analyze, create overview and escalate tickets to the appropriate teams;
9.Propose and implement solutions to solve the root cause (the problem) of an incident;
10.Keep track of application changes and proactively adapt change information into incident solving progress;
11.Can suggest and applies changes in an application if need while work with next level support team: e.g. reference data, operational parameters, bulk modification;
12.Make sure incident processing KPI’s fulfilled with support by incident management team;
13.Regularly check performance of supported applications and areas if it meets SLA;
14.Understands monitoring concept, knows monitoring tools used for application and can define and interpret complex application "alert"s;
15.Keep communication with clients in duration of incident process; satisfy clients with high quality solution and efficient progress;
16.Ensure the suite of SLA deliverables are aligned and meet client expectations.
Job Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Technology preferred;
2.At least 1 year working experience in application support field or customer service related;
3.Good written and oral communication skills in English;
4.Strong technical and analytical problem solving skills;
5.General understanding of Java, SQL, Linux or Windows OS;
6.Good team player and able to work in an "open office" workplace;
7.Good sense of the ITIL framework, specifically the role of Incident and Problem Management is preferred.
