This is a 6-month contractor role.

Key Accountabilities

1) Provide daily operation assurance of EV Charging and related services;

2) Liaison with landlord, property management firm, charging points support team and other related service providers to perform function assurance for Operation and manage the relationship;

3) Operations license update, assist subsidy application and government relationship building and maintenance;

4) Operations performance evaluation and proposal for improvement.

The role will be accountable to support Senior EV Project Manager in the areas of:

• Develop, review and fine-tune of EV Charging operations procedures;
• Spot check online and twice-weekly visit to charging facilities, check the record and verify the daily management level of property companies;
• Talk to customers and property companies to understand areas of improvement;
• Provide support and investigation when there is any customer compliant or customer disputes;
• Coordinate with maintenance service company, to ensure periodical maintenance of the EV charging facility;
• Primary contact when there is any emergent maintenance needs raised from landlord or property management firm;
• Pay attention to operating license duration and any potential new regulations; communicate with relevant government bodies for timely update of the licenses;
• Liaise with accounting team for account settlement when necessary;
• Obtain operations data from platform and provide weekly analysis, provide suggestions to improve operations performance.

Desirable criteria and qualifications

• EV charging operations or retail chain stores related business experience is preferred.
• Electricity educational back ground and/or work experience is preferred.
• Experience of developing and maintaining good relationship with government.
• Experience of working with 3rd parties, managing operations, engineering and maintenance service quality.
• Consumer understanding and awareness – experience of driving performance through better customer understanding and service.
• Operational excellence – experience of driving operations efficiency through day to day data analysis and improvement actions.
• Ability to work in flexible and highly commercially focused way to achieve results.
• Good command of English in both written and spoken form.
