Responsibilities:

Lead and participate to the collection, revision and definition of requirements in Franchisee projects/initiatives on and on-going basis.

Coordinate and follow up the implementation of Franchisee programs and projects.

Provide on-going support during and after any project development/implementation, acting as alert function anticipating possible issue/solutions.

Collect feedbacks from all users addressing needs towards the relevant functions when necessary or providing answers to users.

Collect Training needs and share with Commercial Training Dept. to plan relevant trainings to Franchisee force.

Monitor policies and guidelines application, eventually understand and highlight areas/topics that are not sufficiently covered by policies/guidelines, cooperation with the relevant department to study and implement appropriate actions.

 Implement and support the updating of the Franchisee network database cooperating with Finance and Commercial department.

Support the Commercial Director in the budget preparation and revisions.

Support  to Commercial Director in business market macro and micro trends analysis and world-wide consolidation.

Other tasks assigned by line manager.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor degree with at least 5 years experience in related area. 

Fluent in English and Chinese.

Business Awareness

Knowing well on Franchisee process, guidelines, procedures

Knowledge of relevant market(competitors, luxury business)

Knowledge of Bulgari Products

IT applications and data analysis
