岗位职责：

1、独立完成项目前期工作（如报价工作和基础设计工作，描述工作范围、专业说明、提供材料清单等）；

2、对本专业图纸进行设计、校核工作；

3、与建筑、结构、工艺、管道、电气、仪表等专业协调配合；

4、处理现场的设计和施工问题，按需要进行现场指导；

5、对工程进度、质量、合同、资料、验收进行管理；

任职要求：

1、暖通、空调、制冷、给排水类相关专业，大学专科以上学历；

2、熟悉中央空调系统和通风系统；

3、2年以上机电工程行业设计施工工作经验；

4、熟悉机电工程施工工艺、施工流程及相关验收规范，了解机电工程施工材料，熟练操作AUTOCAD绘图软件及其他办公软件，具有一定英语读写能力；

5、具有良好的沟通、协调能力，勤奋踏实，逻辑思维能强，具有极强敬业精神；

6、具有中级或中级以上的相关专业资格证书，二级建造师（机电）证书者优先。

薪资范围：8000~12000+五险一金+年底双薪
