We are now looking for qualfied talents to join Ericsson Global Early Career Program commencing August 2019. The successful candiates will be provided with a competitive Compensation & Benefit package, as well as an internaltional leadership developemnt program lasting 18 months inclusive of classroom training, on-the-job training and overseas assignments.   .

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1. As the Trainee, to complete all learning tasks and assignments indivudally or in team as per Program instructions;
2. As the newcomer, to acheive competence development targets set by home organization within limited period of time. 

 

Key Qualifications:

 

1. Master degree in technologies from raputale universities, majored in Computer Science, Communications, Software Engineering or equivalent is a plus;
2. Fresh graduate or less than 3 year working experiences in ICT industry;
3. Experiences on software R&D projects are preferrable;
4. Solid knowledge on computor science, or programming languages or communication technologies;.
5. Proven high interllectual and analytical skills as well as the leadership potential;
6. Passionate and fast learner;
7. Excellent in communication and presentability;
