Job Description

-？？？？？？？ Identify new business fields for BEG CN and improve existing ones by：

·？？？？？？？ analyzing future trends and drivers (political, economic, social, technological) by e.g. attending technical conferences and trade shows, conducting market analysis

·？？？？？？？ Segmenting the market, projecting the growth

·？？？？？？？ Understanding customers and competitors (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats)

·？？？？？？？ Deriving market attractiveness and success factors

·？？？？？？？ Proposing market entry or business improvement strategies based on supporting business case.

·？？？？？？？ Evaluate the effectiveness of resources and activities and provide strategic feedbacks

·？？？？？？？ Contribute to business modelling for new business fields and opportunities

-？？？？？？？ Summarize and present research results to management.

Qualifications

·？？？？？？？ Bachelor degree or above in the field of business management, automotive industry, vehicle engineering, etc

·？？？？？？？ Professional with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience

·？？？？？？？ Prior experience in marketing, strategy development and/or business development is preferred

·？？？？？？？ Proven capability to collaborate and influence others to build relationships and networks across different functions and department areas

·？？？？？？？ Excellent communication and facilitation skills in Chinese and English (oral, written and listening)

·？？？？？？？ Working experience with international teams and / or involvement with a top-tier company

·？？？？？？？ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and changing environment

·？？？？？？？ Highly motivated, self-driven, proven track record of delivering results and strong orientation to bring things forward

·？？？？？？？ Enthusiasm for new concepts and ability to convey those to others.
