职位描述

工程主管的职位描述:

1.精通暖通、制冷、强弱电,土建等工程设备维修保养技术;

2.制定设备设施维修保养计划并执行之;

3.有一定的应变能力和沟通能力,能及时处理客户问题,对突发事件能迅速准确的处理;

4.监管外包设备承包商按合同条款执行合约,与外包设备承包商配合、沟通,并给予其阶段评估报告;

5.负责制定并惯彻执行安全工作制度及突发事件应急处理;

6.负责审核、监督外包物业月度暖通、给排水系统设备、设施维修保养计划和维修材料采购计划的落实;

7.有效管理和监督外包物业,建立培训计划,提升技术能力;

8.对外包物业的工作和服务质量进行评估;

 

职位要求:

1.暖通、给排水,机电或者土木工程本科以上学历;

2.至少8年以上商业、住宅或办公楼暖通、给排水,土建工程设备维护管理的相关经验;

3.具有良好的个人综合素质和团队合作精神,能够吃苦耐劳承受工作压力。
