工程主管的职位描述：

1.精通暖通、制冷、强弱电，土建等工程设备维修保养技术；

2.制定设备设施维修保养计划并执行之；

3.有一定的应变能力和沟通能力，能及时处理客户问题，对突发事件能迅速准确的处理；

4.监管外包设备承包商按合同条款执行合约，与外包设备承包商配合、沟通，并给予其阶段评估报告；

5.负责制定并惯彻执行安全工作制度及突发事件应急处理；

6.负责审核、监督外包物业月度暖通、给排水系统设备、设施维修保养计划和维修材料采购计划的落实；

7.有效管理和监督外包物业，建立培训计划，提升技术能力；

8.对外包物业的工作和服务质量进行评估；

 

职位要求：

1.暖通、给排水，机电或者土木工程本科以上学历；

2.至少8年以上商业、住宅或办公楼暖通、给排水，土建工程设备维护管理的相关经验；

3.具有良好的个人综合素质和团队合作精神，能够吃苦耐劳承受工作压力。
