工作地点：广州服务体验中心，负责科利耳南区所有售后服务

工作内容：

1.和用户面对面服务，排查产品故障，给员工做培训，做好值班安排，电话接听等

2.管理库存，排查库存量以支持南方病人需求

3合理安排.服务人员的外出，如去医院开机培训时如何有效的安排办公室内和医院人员

4.接触过系统操作，如service系统，不限软件

5.康复中心拜访，组织用户进行产品升级（KPI）

6.接受出差

7.完成工作周报及月报

要求：

1.良好的沟通能力，跨部门合作，涉及内部与外部

2.管理过团队，知晓如何带领团队工作

3.快速学习能力

4.英文好***
