？ For leading and managing daily operation of Filling team.
？ To carry out the filling and packaging material warehouse work following the instruction and supervision for the making process base on HSSE, ISO 9000 &ISO 14000 TS16949 procedures to ensure the good quality of products produced and maintain high HSSE value.
？ ensure the HSSE compliance and continuous improvement, statistics and analyse related KPIs, e.g. OEE, Volume per FTE etc, and also lead team to complete the production plan timely, improve the team's efficiency. Support the team to launch the new product.
？ Follow the Minimum Quality Standard & QA Menu to ensure 100% implementation of working instruction. Meanwhile , Act as Loading Master for base oil receiving on jetty.

Project Period:
1. Learn BP lubes production process from other BP plants including the best practice.
2. Support production manager to review and confirm the implementation under NS RP.
3. Prepare Operation Procedure according to ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949 expectation.
4. Participate the recruitment of filling resource and provide the training to new staff
5. Participate the pre-commissioning and lead the commissioning activity under filling section. Make sure the safe completion of commissioning on time.

Operation Period:
To fully meet company HSSE, ISO9001 and ISO14000 and TS16949 expectation.
？ To coach and transfer knowledge to filling and packaging operation staff.
？ To implement lean manufacturing projects requirements.
Assisting the maintenance team to ensure all machine/equipment in a good condition
？ Help line manager to improve process and efficiency continuously
？ Act as procedure owner have completed OMS online training and capable to write procedure following 4.1 Practices and Procedures requirement.
？ To act as a team leader to organize the daily filling operation according to instruction including contractor daily management through the KPI measurement vs. contract.
？ To be responsible for daily management and supervision of the plant filling and packing in terms of planning, cost control and operation, and to manage its shift operation.
？ Ensure Filling team's operation to be in line with SOP/WI; make sure all team members' operation is well controlled in accordance with the procedures developed.
？ ensure that filling plan/schedule are followed and fulfilled;
？ support the development of filling / packaging procedures as necessary, make the procedures ready in time of plant commissioning / start-up. Ensure the finished oil be filled and packed meeting with Operating Procedure for filling and packing processes effectively by co-ordinate with blending, warehouse, maintenance and QA/QC teams;
？ Help technician and operator development, lead as needed. Make sure technicians and operators can get adequate professional guidance and skills from the incumbent.
Be in charge of labelling operation process developing
？ ensure all the expenses happened in team is well managed and met the budget plan.
？ Ensure 5S implementation in Filling area
？ Do failure root cause analysis and take corrective actions and share lessons learnt
？ Make sure the safe/correct/timely operation at the JYPC Jetty for base oil off-loading, to meet with both JYPC and BPCIL operating procedures and off-loading schedule
？ Develop the annual training/improve plan for all the related staffs and contractors. Include arranging the Local landing training by the authorities.
？ Monthly review Filling KPIs .

？ Bachelor or above degree in management or engineering.

Mandatory：
？ 5 years working experience in production, at least 2 years of production management experience.
？ Fluent in both oral and written English
？ Basic PC skills (word processing & spread sheets)
Desired：
？ Professional in lubricant product and production knowledge preferred.
？ Skill in implementing International Standards Organization (ISO) management system.
？ Strong communication and coordination skill, strong accountability.
？ Experience in setting up a brand new plant or operation team is a plus.
？ Mastery on HSSE Management System.
