？ For leading and managing blending team of daily operation; ensure the HSSE compliance and continuous improvement, Implement the OMS requirements and analyse blending team related KPIs, e.g. Ult%, Volume per WC etc., then also lead team to complete the production plan timely, lead team to complete the production plan timely;
？ Improve the team's efficiency; support the team to launch the new product, RM localization, complete the cycle count and investigation if any variance on monthly basis;
？ Follow the Minimum Quality Standard & QA Manual to ensure 100% implementation of blending working instruction;
？ Act as Loading Master for base oil receiving at jetty.

Project Period:
1. Learn BP lubes production process from other BP plants including the best practice.
2. Support production manager to review and confirm the implementation under NS RP.
3. Prepare Operation Procedure according to ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949 expectation.
4. Participate the recruitment of blending resource and provide the training to new staff
5. Participate the pre-commissioning and lead the commissioning activity under blending section. Make sure the safe completion of commissioning on time.

Operation Period：
？ To fully meet company HSSE, ISO9001 and ISO14000 and TS16949 expectation.
？ To implement lean manufacturing projects requirements. Help line manager to improve process and efficiency continuously.
？ Ensure the each team's operation to be in line with the plant Operating Procedures; make sure each team's operation well controlled in accordance with the procedures developed.
？ Control the base oil and other raw materials consumption; make sure all the consumption must be within raw materials control range.
？ Manage the operation in high effective and safe manner, which includes oil inter-tank transfer, bulk additive unloading, base oil loading and unloading, drum additive receipt, system transfer, filling operation, etc.
？ To support production planner in the production plan development together with filling team to ensure the high efficiency, quality, hence to fulfil the demand to service the business requirement.
？ Coach and transfer blending, receiving, filling knowledge to plant staff for commissioning and operation; Make sure production staff has adequate knowledge to operate each work station as per Operating Procedures.
？ To help operation procedures and work instructions development, and provide production inputs for other procedures and instructions; make sure procedures and work instructions are adequate and correct regarding production aspects as needed.
？ To do failure root cause analysis and take corrective actions and share lessons learnt; the failure root causes are analysed and actions taken, lessons learnt.
？ Be involved or lead area modification as required. Any modifications to meet HSSE expectation such as MOC, relevant regulations and standard, and project objectives.
？ Help technician and operator development, lead as needed. Make sure technicians and operators can get adequate professional guidance and skills from the incumbent.
？ Active involvement of Quality, environmental and HSSE internal audits as needed. Deliver objectives/actions as required.
？ To seek opportunities and propose for continuous blending improvements. To continuously improve HSSE, cost and quality performance.
？ Develop the annual training/improve plan for all the related staffs and contractors. Include arranging the Local landing training by the authorities.
？ To ensure all the expenses happened in team is well managed and met the budget plan.
？ Any specific tasks assigned by production manager.


？ Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Mandatory：
？ At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
？ Fluent in both oral and written English.
？ Basic PC skills (word processing & spread sheets).
Desired：
？ Professional in lubricant product and production knowledge preferred.
？ Skill in implementing International Standards Organization (ISO) management system.
？ Experience in setting up a brand new plant or operation team is a plus.
？ Strong communication and coordination skill, strong accountability.
？ General familiarity with business management software.
