工作职责：

- 支持网上学习管理系统LMS平台日常运行， 在线指导协助客户顺利完成注册及使用；
-协助公开班的招生及客户信息的更新；
- 协助制作学习资料包括语音和文字材料；
- 协助进行相关市场及行业信息收集和分析；
- 较强的中英文文字功底， 能采编相关通讯文稿及中英文翻译；
- 协助外部客户培训部其他日常相关工作。

招聘要求：
- 熟练使用PPT，EXCEL和WORD等工具，（如有网络及平面设计、制作特长者更佳）；
- 普通话发音标准， 有亲和力；
-能有一定的销售技巧，尤其在电话销售方面
-熟练的英文听说读写
- 性格开朗， 学习能力强， 团队合作精神
