职位描述
ROLE PURPOSE
· The Project Manager is responsible for planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes, and allocated budgets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitor project costs, milestones and invoicing to recover costs as they are incurred and forecast and variation.
· Provide guidance and facilitate communication to stakeholders regarding the implementation of deliverables, project concepts, and schedules to ensure management of client expectations.
· Setting ground rules with client's Project Manager for the project according to the ADP Project Management Methodology (which needs to be created and maintained by Project Manager).
· Ensure Client requirements are clearly communicated and understood and manage client project expectations.
· Establish and maintaining project files, according to the ADP Project Management Methodology.
· Follow up and monitor delegated tasks and responsibilities and ensure compliance with ground rules and milestones.
· Manage project post implementation review process and coordinate agreed actions
· Provide and escalation point for project issues
· Foster team work and ownership of team tasks
· Manage internal interpersonal issues
· Identify and apply improvements for implementations and methodology, Ensure the methodology is aligned with global best practices, and includes clear standards and templates.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent in education and experience required and professional certification preferred.
· Experience: Over 3 years experience managing multiple phases of projects in service environment including implementation of HR related products and services. Experience should include multi-phase projects, planning, scope definition, resource allocation and process improvement. Demonstrated ability to manage remote resources in matrix or hub environment.
· Good Knowledge in at least three of the following HR areas: IIT/Labour Law/Payroll & Salary/Social Benefits/Dispatching
· With good Project Management Skills or experience
· Planning and resource scheduling skills or experience
· Ability to manage and lead a team of people
· Good at Time and resource management, Change management
· Generic skills:
