职位描述
【岗位职责】
1.熟悉天猫和京东等线上平台的资源露出位，并根据线上平台资源制作资源包；
2.常规资源合作跟进，素材收集、审核及上线跟进，资源投放跟进及数据追踪；
3.与供应商洽谈资源置换合作，如常规站外媒体资源投放、直播资源、KOL及明星资源；
4.协助推进與第三方平台(包括但不限于天猫和京东)会员权益功能项目进度；並负责屈臣氏会员招募/維護活动的策划和执行；
5.通过活动数据分析活动效果，并善于进行活动复盘，提升活动效果；
6.配合公司的业务策略, 与屈臣氏内部各个部门保持良好的合作，确保计划顺利完成项目相关目标。
【岗位要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，1-3年的市场营销或CRM或零售连锁行业的从业经验；
2. 熟悉电子商务、零售或者美妆快消相关行业；
3. 敏锐的市场洞察能力，各类消费人群有相关的研究或者分析能力；
4. 良好的协调沟通能力、业务理解能力、项目推进能力、规划能力、项目管理能力、逻辑思维能力；
5. 积极主动、认真细致、责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力, 能高效开展多项目管理；
6. 熟悉数据整理分析、熟悉报表制作和 PPT. 制作 等office办公软件操作；良好的英文书写能力。
