Responsibility
1.Responsible for BI solution architecture planning and design
2.Responsible or assist project implementation and process management
3.Professional capability:
- Responsible for BI/EPM Product selection、architecture design as well as model designing and development
- Lead DW planning、model building and developing of large scale BI project
- Lead BI system design , including business analysis, ETL design and front-end designing
- Provide Team guidance in DW designing and evaluation of system development scheme; provide DW performance optimization support、analysis in system bottleneck and provide improvement solution

Qualification:
Qualification:
- Work experience: over 3 years of work experience (Manager should have at leat 7 years including 5 years in BI and DW domain), with bachelor degree or above in computing science or related major
- Project experience : at least participated in 2 BI projects in Banking industry
- Leadship capability: previous role as project manager or team leader is a plus
- Professional capability:
* Profound knowledge in Banking or Insurance
* Master at least one BI product(OBIEE、BO、Cognos、MSTR ect.);
* Master at least one ETL tool (Informatica/Datastage/ODI/FDM/ETL Automation/SSIS); full life-circle of ETL project experience
* Master at least one DW products（Oracle/SQLServer/DB2）, excellent in SQL programming and DW optimization technology;
* Good understanding of DW appliance, such as Teradata, Exadata, Netezza, Greenplum, ect.
* Familiar with DW design, has experience in overall BI construction method
* Good communication skills and logical thinking capability
* Fluent English

Qualification:
资质要求：
1.工作年限：3年以上工作经验，经理级要求7年以上工作经验，计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，有5年以上数据库开发和商业智能开发经验；
2.项目经验：至少2个（SC级要求）以上银行大型BI类系统建设经验
3.管理能力：系统架构设计师或项目小组组长优先
4.专业技能：
*了解银行业或保险业;
* 熟练掌握一种以上BI产品(OBIEE、BO、Cognos、MSTR等)；
* 熟练掌握一种以上ETL工具(Informatica/Datastage/ODI/FDM/ETL Automation/SSIS)，有完整的ETL项目经验；
*熟练掌握至少一种数据库库产品（Oracle/SQLServer/DB2），精通标准SQL编写、数据库优化等技术；
*对主流的数据仓库一体机架构充分了解，如Teradata, Exadata, Netezza, Greenplum等<BR>*熟悉数据仓库设计，有系统的商业智能项目建设思路和项目实施经验；
*良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力；
*英文熟练；
