Responsibility:
1.Engaged in overall planning and building of CRM solutions, which include customer management、customer manager management、opportunity management、campaign management and sales performance management. Among all of them, marketing、customer service and channel transformation are highlighted as the focus.
2. Engaged in business development and marketing of CRM solutions
3.Engaged in business analysis and designing of CRM solutions
4.Engaged in or Responsible for product selection、technological consulting and architecting of CRM solutions
5.Engaged in or responsible for project implementation and process management

Qualification:
Qualification:
1.Work experience: over 5 years of related work experience
2.Project experience : At least 2 pieces of related project experience in application system designing or business consulting of marketing、customer service、channel integration、outlets transformation for banks.
3.Management experience: Previous posts as project manager or leader is a plus
4.Professional capability:
*Excellent understanding of "customer centric" theory
*Accurate analysis and command of banking customer relationship management and customer experience management
*Excellent command of designing methods of application framework for banks' CRM、 ECIF and channel integration

Qualification:
资质要求
1.5年以上工作经验
2.项目经验：至少2个以上银行营销、服务、渠道整合、网点转型等领域的咨询或应用系统建设经验
3.管理能力：项目经理或项目小组组长优先
4.专业技能：
* 熟悉"以客户为中心"的经验理念及内涵
*能够准确/分析把握银行业的客户关系管理、客户体验等业务需求
*掌握银行业CRM、ECIF、渠道整合应用架构体系设计方法
