岗位职责：

The position is primarily responsible for managing key clients and projects in projects associated with Retirement and other Employee Benefit programs, as well as marketing and business development in this content area.  

 

？ Job Profile: 

– To lead projects small to median-sized projects in the area of Employee Benefits consulting, including retirement benefits, medical & insurance benefits, flexible benefits policies etc. 

– To support projects associated with the investment strategy of pension and assets and other institutional funds

– To support projects associated with the actuarial valuations (local accounting, international accounting and funding) of pension funds

– Build prototype tools to test new concepts and demonstrate potential functionality and assist in revisions and improvements to existing models, help to develop or optimize the online/automatic tool

– To lead and execute internal projects around content development and market assessment

– To mentor junior associates in the Consulting team, and provide support on content and project management.

任职要求：

– At least 2+ years working experience in the area of employee benefits consulting or in-house C&B experience

– Solid employee benefits management experience either in firms or large corporates is preferred

– Strong statistical background and technical problem-solving skills

– Ability to manage internal and external clients, build rapport and credibility and present to current and potential clients

– Familiarity with the basics of statutory considerations (including taxation) and market practices in Benefits, including retirement benefits, medical & insurance benefits, flexible benefits policies, etc.

– Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of Excel, Actuarial applications and other Microsoft Office applications

– Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with multiple parties within and across geographies

– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

– Willingness to learn

– Fluency in English and Mandarin.
