At Cut-e, the role of an Occupational Psychologist represents opportunities to manage a variety of client projects and that the individual is passionate for sound diagnostics and online assessment tools and is not afraid to utilise and build on their psychometric knowledge.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities:

The key role of the Occupational Psychologist will be to provide project management and professional consultancy to clients from a wide range of industries. You will:

? Advise and implement psychometric tools to match client needs

? Design and implement client solutions including Competency Frameworks, Assessment Tools, Situational Judgement Questionnaires, Bespoke Reporting, Validation

? Manage a variety of client projects

? Ensure best practice principles are embedded within client solutions

? Make an impact through designing smart, efficient processes, and demonstration of ROI

? Deliver training as required to support project implementation

? Work as part of multi-discipline teams, e,g. psychology, technology & commercial

? Build professional network and knowledge through participation in research and conferences

Qualifications:

? Post-graduate degree in I/O Psychology

? Bilingual in English and Chinese

? Good communication and presentation skills

? A self-starter and ability to cope with ambiguity is essential

? A good team player who enjoys learning and working with a multi-cultural, like-minded team

? Resourceful and result-oriented to all initiatives

? Career-driven and a strong desire to grow with the business
