职位描述：

某头部知识付费企业

1、知识付费产品的研发及制作：挖掘用户需求，策划开发母婴、亲子、孕产及女性健康领域的知识付费产品，包括但不限于选题调研、讲师 BD、课程策划、内容制作、客情维护等；

2、项目管理：包括但不限于付费项目时间规划、资源统筹及协调、团队分工及结果验收等；

3、讲师管理：讲师开发、沟通与长期维护，不断挖掘新的合作机会。

任职条件：

1、2年以上知识付费、新媒体运营或出版行业从业经验；

2、知识付费产品重度用户，了解付费内容的产品思路；

3、能独立策划知识付费产品；

4、有文字功底，有同理心，性格活泼；。
