【工作职责】：

1、电话回访公司提供的潜在目标客户，通过对潜在客户的意向挖掘，向客户提供财经课程咨询，达成购买意愿并促成订单；

2、掌握订单进度，通过电脑系统记录客户讯息及反馈意见；

3、有效维护客户资源，提供优质的课前课后服务，保证客户满意度，达成长期合作；

4、按时完成业绩目标并达成各项绩效考核标准；

5、完成领导交办的其它事宜。

【岗位要求】：

1、专科或以上学历，财会、市场营销专业优先考虑；

2、普通话标准，具有良好的沟通表达能力；执行力高。

3、有自信心，乐观向上，工作态度积极认真，愿意挑战高薪，具有团队合作精神；

4、有较高的学习热情及学习能力。

5、自我要求高，愿意成长为团队标杆的上进心。

【薪资福利】

◎ 薪资构成：无责底薪5K+高额提成（10%左右）+团队奖+年终绩效奖；
