职位描述

工作职责：

? Lead focused proof of concept projects for technology assessment, develop technology migration roadmaps, and drive for successful implementation and adoption.

? Develop architecture for major projects that impact the digital architecture landscape, guide and help project teams in implementing defined architectures.

? Lead technology/platform maturity by applying industry best practices and undertaking technology watch and due diligence.

? Develop and evolve architectures across all portfolios, eliminate information silos, achieve security-by-design, ensure all operational metrics are met.

? Mentor and coach developers and technical analysts to build technical skills, improve performance and deliver quality products.

个人要求：

? Bachelor (or higher) degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant disciplines.

? 8+ years of experience in business application development, design and architecture.

? In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of Java technical stack, web, databases, application frameworks, CI/CD, development tools and processes; expertise of mobile app development, Microsoft .NET, AWS or Azure products is a plus.

? Knowledge and experience of domain driven design, SOA or microservices, networks and infrastructure, agile/scrum; knowledge of ERPs, BI, predictive analytics is a plus.

? Knowledge and experience of mainstream products, open platforms, PaaS/SaaS players of China digital ecosystem, e.g. tencent- and ali- platforms, 1st party DMP, SCRM, etc.

? Demonstrated leadership in driving technology solutions from design to deployment in a complex environment comprised of business teams, IT functions, product vendors and outsource partners across multiple locations.

? Demonstrated success in architecting business solutions powered by a mix of vendor solutions/products and in-house built applications.

? Proven ability to execute architectural decisions in challenging projects, make best value trade-offs, address stakeholder concerns.

? Proven ability to build and maintain successful relationship with business clients, internal and external partners.

? Communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
