主要职责:

进口

1. 归档新进报告，并根据QSS进行核查。

2. 根据QSS,确保完成必要的系统更新工作。

3. 跟进货物的延迟及缺货。

4. 分析失败案例的源头，找出可能的根源并推荐解决方案。确保清关和门到门投递的准时性，向发件方提供相应收件证明。

5. 向操作团队提供新进已操作货物的送货报告。

6. 与口岸专员一同确保我司进出口货物的正常通关状态。

7. 处理全球系统案例并保证客户的询问和请求录入系统，根据要求的服务等级协议解决问题。跟进并确保所有关于货物成本的账单都被提交至开票处。

8. 处理客户有关其货物状态的询问，并进行更新。

9. 跟进清关货物及客户的应付关税。

出口

1. 从团队中接收完整的船运信息，比如他们每个客户的需求以及每份货运指南。

2. 中心将与航空公司或者船运代理预定货仓，并跟进确保货物出口流程流畅，无滞留。

3. 更新出口预定报告，并在团队进行流转。

4. 确保所有系统警报及时完成，根据QSS跟进出口货物的状态。

5. 完成上级布置的工作。

资质要求:

• 商务或相关专业本科学历

• 英语水平良好

• 具有船运方面的相关知识

• 计算机水平： 会使用MS office（Word, Excel, Power Point和Outlook）

• 至少2年的相关工作经验
