职位描述
The primary purpose of the Talent Acquisition Advisor role is to manage both external and internal experienced hiring and work with the business to identify, engage and attract talent to BP.
The role holder will work closely with stakeholders from the business, and the wider Talent Acquisition organisation to ensure that the BP talent strategy is realised, with particular focus on quality of hire, D&I and critical capabilities.
The role holder will operate as an expert advisor and coach to hiring managers enabling them to lead in a way that is consistent with BP's V&Bs and Leadership Expectations.
The role holder is responsible for:
* Delivery of experienced hiring demand across a defined area
* Working with the Sourcing & Attraction team to deliver sourcing & attraction strategies
STRATEGY & PLANNING
* Act as a discipline/ regional talent expert, both internally and externally, for their areas
* Partner with Line Managers and BFHR responsible for candidate experience
* Provide insight to hiring manager on country/regional talent market
* Work with hiring manager to develop appropriate sourcing strategy
* Conduct role briefing and discuss benchmark internal/external profiles and assessment criteria with hiring manager
* Post roles internally and externally
* Actively source internally using talent data and externally through targeted attraction activities
* Implement standard application and assessment process to improve efficiency and candidate experience
* Review CVs based on agreed assessment criteria and screen video interviews based on deep discipline-based knowledge or country/region knowledge)
* Undertake interviews and other relevant assessments
* Drive Diversity using Rules of the Road and creative Sourcing & Attraction strategies
* Offer management - work with reward and BFHR to put together offers and deliver the offer in partnership with Line Managers
* Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across the organization

* Partner with TA specialists and advisors across the region to establish a community of practice, sharing best practice and candidates
* Manage TA relationships with BFHR and Hiring Managers in their disciplines
* Act as a point of contact for tactical issues that arise during the recruitment process and escalate when needed

* Degree qualified or equivalent experience/education

Technical
* Knowledge and experience in permanent Talent Acquisition
* Experience using candidate sourcing techniques to identify and attract individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Adept at screening, assessing and managing candidates throughout a recruitment process including offer management
* Numeracy & analytical thinking - able to quickly and effectively analyse system generated data to provide insights (talent, reward, performance) and assimilate data and information from a range of sources to inform business insights
* Risk Management - able to manage complex ER/IR cases responsibly, identifying, pre-empting and mitigating high risk situations
