主要职责

电商客服主要工作包含但不限于以下内容：

协助电商经理完成所有与电商渠道有关的工作：

1)   负责淘宝、京东、微店、饿了么、美团外卖、百度外卖平台的倒班制客服工作

       a. 了解在售产品特点，根据顾客需求偏好推荐合适的产品，促成连带销售，提升询单转化率及客单价；

       b. 负责全平台上新、下架、同步商品，更新产品信息，及时调整库存；

       c.  外卖平台订单安排就近门店发货；

       d. 及时将各平台订单录入POS系统，协调物流发货；

       e. 处理客户售后问题，对接物流及库房了解发货相关事宜。

2) 协助完成电商日常运营相关工作

    a. 收集日常客户咨询关注点，协助团队完善商详策划；

    b. 协助团队维护线上客群，激活并提升老客户复购。

任职要求

1)  大专及以上学历，专业不限，经验不限

2)  熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel表格

3)  擅于快速掌握相关知识，工作效率高

               a. 沟通与销售技巧

               b. POS和ERP系统

               c.  葡萄酒相关知识

4)  保持细致、准确的工作风格

5)  具有独立可靠的工作能力

6)  乐于学习、积极思考、努力的工作态度
