Lead CRM projects at key client and provide services across the entire project lifecycle, from consulting, implementation through to support.
Lead consulting and business analysis tasks, such as customer workshops, and other customer-facing activities
Assist with bidding and presales activities
Help and mentor other junior team members
Project manage activities where necessary

任职资格：
At least 8+ years of experience with CRM implementation and support projects
Deep knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM and its core functionalities and business processes.
Experience and understanding of retail/FMCG business a big plus
Rich experience in business analysis, and ability to talk and influence customer users during phases of a project lifecycle
Experience with IT vendor preferred
Ability to read, write and speak English
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working and engaging with customer stakeholders at all levels, from users through to senior management.
Experience with global projects preferred.
