设备工程师（熟设备维修改造，懂非标设计/PLC）

工作职责:

1.      组建及管理工厂维修团队，实施全面生产保养(TPM)；

2.      根据生产计划设定维修部门工作目标；

3.      制定生产车间的工序及设备流程布局；

4.      根据TPM的规范要求，管理备件仓，控制备件成本；

5.      管理生产设备：注塑机及治具加工设备，PLC控制系统。

任职要求：

1.      大专及以上学历，机械设计、电气或自动化相关专业毕业；

2.      3年以上机电设备维护经验，有非标设备机械设计工作经验，熟悉机械结构、传动、气动、液压等方面知识；

3.      能独立完成非标自动化整机的开发设计，能主导自动化生产线；

4.      具有较强的理解能力、沟通能力；

5.      英文读写熟练，能准确翻译英文图纸；

6.      熟悉CAD、ProE等绘图软件，熟悉Office办公软件。
