Main Responsibilities:  

• Establishing tender and pricing methodology including analysis in the region including Greater China, South Korea and Japan
• Define main procurement category(s) in the region including initiating project, implementation, cost control, etc.
• Responsible for tracking of spend patterns for Contracted Categories to reach annual cost savings targets
• Vendor management and vendor compliance with DNV GL Standards through vendor scorecards, business reviews, contract compliance and other key metrics to ensure objectives are being met
• Category & contract management to ensure value is being delivered to the business under the Vendor Agreements
• Support of global procurement projects
• Spend and savings management of current contracts
• Consult and advice to BA managers in the region
• Insurance certificate management and support
• Analysis of current spend to identify areas of opportunities

Qualification

• 5-10 years of relevant procurement related work experience
• University Degree in relevant subject;
• Proven track record of sourcing and vendor management
• A knack for negotiation and networking
• Detail oriented, highly organized Strong analysis, problem-solving and decision making abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships;
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills to effectively manage a complex and varied workload
• Tenacity, patience and integrity in dealing with stakeholders at all levels;
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarina and English.
