职位描述：

1、负责旗下微信公众号、微博等新媒体平台的运营，制定运营方向和发展规划，有效提升用户增长以及账号活跃度和影响力；

2、对热门内容进行编写、抓取、整合，保证内容的推送频次与质量；

3、不断调研目标用户群体喜好，调整内容运营方向。

任职条件：

1、2 年以上微信／微博新媒体运营经验，有母婴或教育行业经验优先；

2、能承受压力，思维活跃，具备对热点事件的敏感性，有很强的市场洞察力，有创新精神；

3、熟悉行业相关产品和运营发展状况，能够提出前瞻性的运营想法；

4、热爱互联网，对热点敏感，喜欢新鲜事物。
