工作职责：
1.负责制定整个公司发展战略，让所有子公司、部门都能够围绕统一战略协同高效运转；
2.负责监督与协调各个副总裁和各个子公司/部门的工作，对各子公司总经理、副总裁、部门总监等进行绩效评估，确保公司战略地有效落地与执行；
3.围绕公司使命、愿景与价值观，营造可持续的企业文化，实现企业健康、稳定、长期地发展；
4.帮助电气、电机、机器人等子公司业务单元实现高绩效发展；

任职要求：
1.有丰富的制造业背景；
2.负责过市场、生产制造或供应链管理模块；
3.有上市公司或华为等国内优秀工业企业的经历；
4.熟悉工业智能制造的发展方向；
5.具备宏观与微观经济分析能力，能结合国际国内形势分析未来的经济走势；
6.具有出色的个人魅力与影响力（包括但不限于演讲能力、组织能力、交际能力等）；
7.有类似职位成功的工作经历（总裁）或具备总裁潜质的优秀副总裁；

软性：
1.服务过的公司，规模大于1000人，产值规模100亿以上，软性优选项：
2.具备管理好内部子公司发展的能力（电气、电机与机器人）；
3.有过基层的工作经历；
4.熟悉企业兼并购，并有一定的企业整合经验；
5.有国际化的背景，能有多元文化的沟通与交流能力；
6.优秀的工业自动化领域的人脉；
