工作职责:

1. Ensure each collection updated into O2C bank daily and record every movement correctly and in time

2. Ensure every VAT invoice issued as show team request in time and under the company internal policy and tax bureau requirement

3. Be responsible for VAT report by monthly and report by show, ensure the figures are booked as same as tax declaration each month; also able to provide the breakdown list of issued VAT invoices list and unissued VAT invoices list by show accurately

4. Be responsible for monthly closing, ensure all accounts figures are booked based on the actual result without errors

5. Be responsible for support show team onsite requirement which is related with the collection issues

6. Be responsible for E-commerce collection (Alipay and Wechat), including bank accountant setup and maintain etc.

7. Other tasks as required by line manager

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance and Intermediate Accountant Certificate

2. Over 3-4 years of foreign enterprise related finance experience, with 1-2 year in O2C accountant position

3. Good understanding of accounting principles / process / internal control concepts

4. Good oral and written English

5. Experience in Oracle, Hyperion financial system will be a plus

6. Be able to work under pressure, good teamwork spirit with good communication skills
