As an Contract and Risk Management Manager, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Division and Motors & Generators (BU) Business unit, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

1. Responsible for 4 company contract management under LBU, set up the effective management and control process.
2. Effectively identify potential risks in daily business and bring them to management's attention and elimination.
3. Lead the team to complete the following tasks:
a) Prepare and/or comment on (in English and Chinese) non-standard contracts including product and service sales and purchase contract.
b) Prepare and/or update standard form agreements and contract template for use in ABB business.
c) Assist in new entity set ups and operational corporate legal matters.
d) Contract authorization and commercial process responsible. Cooperate with local legal team to make sure the contract authorization is in line with all valid TOA (Table of Authority) . Cooperate with sales, production, purchasing, logistics and controlling to make sure the commercial process is compliant, clear and efficient for the business.
e) Responsible for training all the business/functional units on contracts management.

？ Sc. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in International Economics and Trading, Business Management or Economics law related.
？ 5+ years of related work Experience is must.
？ Fluent in written and verbal English along CET-6 or above is required.
？ Familiar in Basic PC skills, Microsoft office, SAP skill is preferred.
？ Good communication, responsible and motivational skill will be considered as plus.
