工作职责:

A critical responsibilities to have a deep understanding of what Chinese customers want and align with what SKECHERS can offer. Analyze local needs, competition and future market trends, taking these into consideration when developing the strategy of How to shape consumer journey within different brand pillar and consumer segmentation.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate a strong willingness towards zero-to-one, understanding of sports/atheleisure industry in retail filed, the ability to tell engaging product stories, and analyze business and customer insights to help inform decisions.

1、Fully understand the brand building direction and business objective of SKECHERS, developing the journey from product to consumers and make sure all internal stakeholders are on the same page

2、Illustrate product messages, as well as product positioning, market opportunities and insights

3、Handle the consistency in product messaging across all customer touch points

4、Draw clearly GTM plan as the initiation for marketing activity and sales operation

5、Closely follow market dynamics, consumer insights, digital innovation, making recommendations on how SKECHERS products can leverage or fit into those emerging trends

任职资格:

1、At least 3-5 years proven experience in product marketing, both in-house or research/consultancy/creative agency related experience are welcomed. Particular experience in retail, especially sports and fashion, is not a must but preferred.

2、Strategic thinker who can explain well-organized ideas through deck developing and being a confident presenter.

3、Good written and oral language skills in both English and Mandarin

4、Be always curious and proactive, along with the ability to ask right questions

5、Hold the love of working as part of a team.

6、Efficient communicator who can stimulate positively among cross functions

7、Explorer instead of system applier
