Job Title: Digital & eCommerce Senior System Analyst 数码及电子商务高级系统运营分析专员

Role & Responsibilities:
? Act release manager in service deployment
? Act system and service capacity manager to fulfill business needs
? Facilitate for system integration operation request analysis
? Service management for VF IT team effort and vendor performance

Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job) :
? Work closely with product team, system integration team and QA team for testing result agreement, and manage the service deployment properly with business team and IT team with Waterfall and Agile methodology.

? Work closely with service provider to plan system and service capacity to fulfill business needs with flexile and effective solution, for example, big eComm event.
? Facilitate for system integration operation request analysis for VF business team, IT team and relevant 3rd party team with proper documentation.
? Monitor and analyses on digital & eCommerce relevant vendor/system performance with ITIL concept via VF ticket system.
? Provide relevant service report from VF ticket system with valuable analysis and focusing area with ITIL concept
? Work with the line manager to facilitate digital & eCom IT service support model implementation in APAC.
Develop and update relevant support model training documentation.
? Contract and payment management

? Knowledge in digital/eCommerce systems and operation process especially in mainland China

Experience:
? Minimum 5 years Information Technical related working experience in well-known international company of Retail/FMCG industry or well-known system integration company
? Minimum 3 years related work experience in system integration, especially API part
? Experience in Mulesoft implementation is an advantage
? Experience in API development an advantage
