职位描述
RESPONSIBLITIES
? first line PC & peripherals troubleshooting and support to end users
? first line infrastructure support and administration (servers / storage / network / firewall / IPT / etc),
? first line global and local application support (Citrix, Sharepoint, in-house developed applications, etc.)
? Server room administration
? IT asset management
? ensure IT systems comply with the regulatory and company policies
? participate in occasional maintenance and emergency tasks on weekends, adhoc support or global meetings in the evenings
? IT Procurement management
? Participate in global/regional projects
? perform other duties as required
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Solid knowledge and experience in supporting PCs, client networking, peripherals, infrastructure, Windows XP and 7, Office 2007, Cisco IP phones, Sharepoint, Polycom VC systems, etc.
? understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows Server, Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless equipments, Citrix and database technology
? Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin is essential.
? Confident in dealing with complicated situations and strive for win-win situations
? Responsible and self-motivated. Can work under high pressure.
? must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to different level of end users and client service orientated
? demonstrate good teamwork
? must have a "can do attitude", not afraid to get involved in tasks that maybe outside of the normal remit of the role
? Call Center / Service Desk experiences is a big advantage
? MCSE/CCNA/ITIL or other IT certifications preferred.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES
? Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Biochemistry or related field;
? 1-3 years hands-on working experience in IT end user or helpdesk support and service delivery in a medium or large MNC
? 1 year global or regional end user support experience is an advantage

1. 有过硬的电脑(笔记本台式机)的技术支持经验,能够处理客户端网络,熟悉基础架构,了解电脑周边硬件设备。熟悉Windows XP与Windows 7操作系统,有重装,调试,排错的能力。熟悉微软的办公室软件,Office2007,团队网站,Teamsite。
2. 有活动目录的管理经验,熟悉组策略,了解DNS,DHCP,TCP/IP等服务,熟悉Windows Server 2003,熟悉局域网搭建,无线设备及交换机的搭建,熟悉PABX语音交换机。
3. 平时使用普通话沟通,同时具备流利的英语口语与书写水平。
4. 需要有强烈的客户服务意识。善于口头及书面与不同职位的同事沟通,善于主动发现问题,解决问题。
5. 必须有责任心,能自我激励,快速的自我学习的能力,能够适应压力大的工作环境。
6. 最好有MCSE,CCNA,ITIL等计算机技能证书。
教育及经验:
1. 计算机相关专业大学本科及以上文凭。
