Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:

 

Process responsibility for the Regional Demand Planning [DP], S&OP process

Purchase Order Management for replenishment of all products as well as regional inventory levels (identification of potential supply issues in the region; identify, agree and implement necessary counter-measures)

Align with Commercial Ops and manage in constrained supply situations, the sales order allocation process

Key point of contact for Commercial Ops

Intercompany order management (hub to region)

Reporting and Analysis (e.g. inventory level, safety stock, backorder, scrapping costs, forecast accuracy, product availability)

Leading (sub) parts of global supply chain- and cross-functional projects

Assure demand processes are in place, review planning accuracy and identification and execution of continuous improvement initiatives

Participate in the Global Integrated Business Planning process

Participate in the cross-regional DP process alignment and demand consolidation

Selection of statistical prognosis models and parameters and the related data maintenance in SAP APO

Supports and drives Enhancements

 

Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:

 

*     University Degree in materials management, demand and supply planning or professional experience in a related working area

*     Minimum 4 years of experience in related field with international background, experience in material requirement planning [MRP]

*     Proven experience in project management skills

*     Excellent interpersonal communication

*     Experience in a multinational company as a plus

*     Fluent in English

*     Thorough knowledge of necessary SAP-Modules (R3, APO DP, SNP) and BW preferred.
