For our HR OT FSS (Functional Shared Service) in Beijing, we are looking for HR Specialist (Senior).
Area of Responsibilities:
Be the owner of Equity related issues handling by country level (Essential)
Equity investment and tax data reconciliation overall control and cross function
Coordination (Essential)
Service Scope:
Be responsible for 10 thousand employees in around 40 Joint Venture/Operating Company (JV/OC). The actual number of JV/OC depends on yearly Equity programs opt-in companies.
Main Tasks:
Global Equity Admin Team and Local Bank coordination and issue management
Standardized equity task for new opt-in company and analyze equity productivity
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Excellent analytical, communications skills (Mandatory)
