Overall Objective / Purpose of the role:

Responsible for delivering and managing service excellence in project management solutions delivering positive outcomes for our clients, providing leadership and coaching to Team members, and innovation of service and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

1. Service delivery leadership

2. Advising, guiding and directing others on the way projects will run

3. Contributing service expertise to the delivery of solutions led by Commission Managers and Service Leaders

4. Increasing service quality and differentiation in the market through the application

5. Account management and the development of repeat sales through service excellence

6. Relationship building and creating ethos of client first

7. Commercial management on projects to gross margin targets and cash collection.

Requirements:

1. Various hotel projects experience including project in China

2. Knows the difference between hotel investment and hotel management project

3. Has design background and be able to drive all famous international design consultants

4. Knows hotel operation requirement

5. Mandarin/English speaking/writing

6. Very good communication skill

7. experience of dealing with local developer is highly preferred
