概要
我们正在中国上海分公司寻找一位积极的解决方案工程师。该职位具有双重角色，你将负责所有与IT相关的问题，特别是终端用户计算（End User Computing）服务。首要的，你将管理所有客户端IMAC服务请求（PC硬件相关安装、更改、添加）以及PC的维修服务。其次，你要负责一个IT服务或流程。作为上海分公司***的IT代表，你还要担任业务部门的IT大使（IT Site Ambassador）。
主要职责
1. 始终以客户为中心。以客户满意度为***工作重心
2. PC安装、IMAC和维修
3. 标准PC软件支持
4. Linux工作站支持
5. 为业务团队提供本地特定的IT支持
6. 对上门用户支持以及桌面支持
7. PC更新与租赁PC归还
8. 作为IT服务管理流程的用户倡导者
9. 执行企业备份和存储活动，包括管理、配置以及故障排除
10. 管理全球CommVault备份环境
11. 与供应商联络，确保为研发用户提供工作站支持，对供应商支持中所存在的任何问题予以反馈和上报
技能与知识要求
? 5年以上相关IT经验（桌面管理、备份/恢复、客户端安全、打印服务）
? 掌握各种MS Windows操作系统和系统管理工具的技术知识
? 出色的沟通和人际交往能力
? 行业认证（如：MCSE、CCNA等）
? 必须具备在快节奏环境中工作的能力，在遵循指导方针下充分自主调配，同时始终坚持团队价值观
