☆ 基于目标客户群，发现和开拓业务，设计并执行业务开发计划
☆ 既可独立工作，亦可配合销售团队，为关键客户定义当前和未来的测试方案
☆ 处理复杂的项目测试需求、方案匹配，掌握时机引入公司高层决策
☆ 验证客户需求，与方案规划师一起驱动并管理测试方案的执行，主导与客户的沟通和问题解决
☆ 制定和驱动销售在汽车与新能源领域的技术培训
☆ 积极支持销售和合作伙伴，尤其是销售漏斗管理和订单预测
☆ 支持与客户面对面的活动，包括展会和研讨会
☆ 确保是德科技上海汽车与新能源方案中心的成功运作 (月度研讨会、实测预约、特订的客户活动等)

★ 电子或通信相关领域的本科或硕士
★ 年轻，有激情 ，愿意在努力工作中成长
★ 对客户应用和需求有强烈的兴趣，有急切动力把这些需求转化成产品销售工具的一部分
★ 争胜心，勇于在客户面前展现自己，包括客户现场或大型讲座中的产品演示。并能够深入挖据何更新竞争分析环节
★ 团队合作精神，良好的沟通和社交技巧，具备说服其他人一起朝某个目标努力的能力
