Job Function Support Enterprise/Engineering Apps for China QRD, QCA and CE engineering user communities

Responsibilities Gathering user requirement and form IT proposals; Portfolio management process to prioritize resource and budget planning; serve as local IT focal point of contact and working with global team (US, India) to provide better and timely support

Skills/Experience Working experiences in large global company with excellent English Language capability. Polished communication with customers and senior management; excellent presentation skills; master influence power and the art of negotiation. Knowledge and experience in semiconductor, software engineering in mobile, mechanical/electrical engineering, engineering tools, etc are much desired

Education Requirements required BA degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science; prefer MBA degree
