Summary: Provide education and support on seating and mobility both internally and externally. Identify areas of product development and participate in product improvement. Present on national, regional and international events. Give support by exploring new sales opportunities in China.
Identify key areas of pediatric and adult product development
? Constant contact with sales staff to receive their input.
? Visit hospitals, dealerships, user groups and receive feedback.
? Participate in some evaluations and deliveries to maintain hands-on experience.
? Organize focus groups, dealer/therapist visits, etc.
? Keep up to date with the state of the market.
? Keep up to date with research and standards testing results.
Drive the product development process
? Maintain constant communication with engineering staff.
? Ensure timely accomplishment of tasks.
Product Marketing
? Work closely with the Product-Marketing department to define areas of global product marketing.
? Recommend ideas, and help ensure timely accomplishment of marketing.
? Gather marketing material, such as case studies, videos, pictures, etc.
? Write articles and provide commentary and expert opinion to industry magazines.
? Support and explore new market / product areas in Europe.
? Providing clinical, funding, case study and other related information.
Education
? Represent Company on a variety of national and international events as a speaker.
? Provide education to users, therapists and dealers on a one on one, as well as in group settings (in-services, seminars, discussions).
? Look for educational opportunities and utilize them.
Sales support
? Organize and help to accomplish assessments and ore evaluations together with the responsible organizations.
? Keep informed of competition, provide price and feature comparisons, etc.
? Develop and provide useful materials which can increase the sales (in service materials, research, sales strategies, therapist/dealer/user point of views).
? Travel and do in-services and dealer/hospital visits, gather feedback from professionals in their territories.

? Support efforts to obtain funding and approval for Company products.
? Providing clinical documentation and lobbying efforts to therapists, dealerships and the Company sales force.
Centralize knowledge base
? Gather all materials related to pediatrics and adults and provide them upon request to Company staff as well as outside people. These materials include: Letters of Medial Necessities, research studies, Clinician opinions, product information, etc.
Representation of Company and networking
? Participate in national and regional events (expo's, conferences, fundraisers, etc.)
? Travel and visits to facilities and user groups; freq. 2 times a month traveling
? Introduce, display, and emphasize the strengths of Company China on any possible occasions. Initiate and/or maintain corporate relationship with government associations, Chinese Rehab associations and end user associations
Description of the candidate profile
? University degree preferably from medical university, business/marketing or other relevant fields.
? Minimum 5 years experience from working with rehabilitation of functional disability
? Existing business networking with hospitals, associations, charities or foundations
? Ability to build relationships with key customers that are both on high levels and medium levels within their organizations.
? Good communication and presentation skills
? Good English both in written and spoken
? Frequent traveling is necessary
