职位描述

Responsibilities

? Business Setup
- Assist HQ with China company register and other related business startup issues
- Assist HQ with building up a supply chain from international transportation to local warehousing and distribution
? Strategic business planning
- Provide leadership and vision in the development and implementation of the strategic direction for business in China
- Develop country plans and strategy
- Sales forecast & sales target responsibilities.
- Total P&L responsibilities for China
? Retail Operation
- Establish direct contact with leading retail shopping malls and multi-brand who.
- Do feasibility studies and cost calculation on setting up direct stores
- Identify potential partners for franchise possibilities, whole sale
- Identify online sales possibilities
- Participate in commercial negotiations
- Coordinate and supervise the store opening and make sure everything works fine
- Set up store management and supporting systems
- Set up KPI targets and follow up
? Brand Management
- According to the marketing strategies from HQ, plan and implement PR activities
- Ensure brand is presented to consumers as a compelling Lifestyle brand in the market.
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards, assortment planning expertise and space management objectives.
? Organization Development
- Recruit and develop a team to ensure the business growth in China
- Provide necessary training and coaching to team members
- Ensure the implementation of company values within the China organization
? Others
- Monitor and report on competitive activities, products, developments, etc.
- Provide feedback on new retail related design
- Proactively collaborate with internal and external partners on brand development and solutions when needed.
- Continuously look to possibilities of expanding sales network in new sites, new cities and new channels


Requirements

? University degree in retail management, business administration or other applicable areas
? Minimum 8 years experience of sales roles from fashion retail/wholesale business, experience in shoe industry will be a plus.
? Minimum 5 years from store or retail management roles
? Experience from working with western company culture
? Existing distribution and retail networking
? Fluent in English / Mandarin
? Willing to travel extensively
