Key responsibilities:
? Planning and coordination of regular and other activities performed by the technical teams in IT Operations environment, mainly related to IT Change management, production deployments and configuration management
? Tracking and status reporting of tasks and activities in the scope of the technical team
? Reporting of operational metrics
? Maintaining of the operation process document and templates
? Updating device information in the configuration database
? Improvements of existing processes and procedures related to the areas listed above
? Contribute to sustain and further develop of ITIL best practices environment within IT Operations

Requirements:
? At least 2 years’ experience with matured IT company with ITIL best practice and process, The candidate must be familiar with IT Service management process(i.e. Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration management process)
? Strong communication and collaboration skills
? Reliable and detail oriented, strong customer focus
? Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
? Ability to plan, prepare and coordinate activities across various IT support teams
? 2-4 years of experience in a role focused on planning, coordination and customer interaction
? Experienced user of the office software applications, MS Excel and MS Project
? Understanding of common IT infrastructure components is plus
