Your role as Associate Search Consultant:

This opportunity is an associate search function that identifies, cultivates and attracts talent, based in Shanghai, China. The Associate Search Consultant plays a key role within a dynamic team, with the benefit of being part of an organisation which supports you to meet your goals and advance your career. The role will build trusted relationships with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for 360 degree recruitment and you will have personal goals for production.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse clients requirements, compile job descriptions, conduct extensive research work to identify potential candidates;
• Present suitable candidates to clients, arrange interviews and follow up with client regularly to collect valuable feedback;
• Conduct background and reference checks at clients request;
• Set up communications channels with other consultants, candidates and clients for example the implementation of a report regarding cold-call activities to create a better understanding of their business and culture;

Your qualities and experience:

• At least 1-year post graduation work experience, with a background in recruitment or sales preferred
• Ability to work in English language required;
• You must be service orientated and enjoy working as part of a team;
• Must be positive, energetic, independent and result-driven;
