Duties and responsibilities

主要工作职责 Main duties and responsibilities

1. Understanding of users business requirement for the consumer finance

2. Plays role of internal business consultant

3. Helps to describe main business needs and supports business requirement creation

4. Close cooperation with development center in Czech Republic (HCI)

5. Work in agreed company project as team member based on nomination to the project team

6. Understand and know functionality of corporate core business system for support of consumer finance business

Requirements

a. 学历要求(Education)

Experience IT business analyses, design of small and less complex system project

b. 经验技能要求(Experience/Skills)

Minimum college degree (Economics, Engineering) / “Western experience” is an advantage

C. 英文要求(English request)   fluent in English (oral and written)

d. Others

Communication skills Carefulness

Willingness to travel around China, work occasionally over time Excellent communication, presentation

PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)

Persistent, highly trustworthy and loyal
