· 5年以上机器人领域实践经验，3年以上工业机器人控制柜研发经验

· 可领导多学科设计团队。有架构、 复杂机电系统和软件开发多学科融合经验

· 对机械，电气和固件以及它们在系统性能、架构权衡、性能问题和制造方面的相互依赖性等有系统的认识

· 有伺服、电机、通讯协议的选择和使用经验

· 熟悉原理图和PCB实现

· 具有嵌入式Linux和/或机器人软件库和机器人模拟器（如ROS，Gazebo，MoveIt）的经验
