Medical Scientific Liaison
Role & Accountability 职责&责任:
? Build advocacy and gain contributions of KOL/decision makers
建立宣传并获得KOL/决策人的支持
? Planning and Train the internal staffs to provide the medical knowledge and new scientific information/published paper in timely schedule
制定内部员工计划和培训，提供医学支持、新的科技信息或期刊最新发表的医学成果
? Collaborate with regional marketing and sales colleagues to actively support medical and scientific meetings by collecting and interpreting insights/presentations/results
与地区市场部和销售部同仁合作通过收集和解释洞察力/陈述/结果积极提供医学和科技会议的支持
? Deliver the new indication, new compound, new treatment guideline update and new clinical practice information
传授新的适应症，化合物，更新疗法指导以及新的临床实践信息
? Collaborate with Medical teams and other cross-functional groups
与医学部团队和其他职能部门的合作
Qualification & Requirement 资格&岗位要求：
? Bachelor degree above majored in Medical or pharmacy
医学或药学历本科或以上
? Minimum of 2 years experience in medical, marketing or sales of pharmaceutical industry
具备2年以上从事医药，市场销售或是制药公司的工作经验
? Knowledge of pharmaceutical market situation and code of conduct
具备医药市场环境的知识和行为守则
? Good interpersonal skill with leadership and academic communication skills
具备优秀的领导能力，个人能力以及学术交流能力
