To achieve maintenance targets
To define various levels of curative and update preventive maintenance procedure according to TPM principle and Process quality criticality
To Lead improvement project or support other functions' projects related to equipment and Jig improvement, Maintenance digital system
To provide technical support and ensure equipment suppliers confirmed Schneider equipment specification
To organize the filing and storage of the equipment documentation
To settle the spare parts list according to assembly lines needs and equipment criticality, following the consumption regularly
To assure and update the fix asset numbering and records (with financial team) and labeling fixed assets
To control spare part quality and evaluate spare part suppliers’ performance with Maintenance Administrator
To drive maintenance digital transformation

Job Requirement:

Bachelor degree in Electrical and Mechanical or Automation, Master degree is preferred
5 years in Maintenance experience,
Discrete manufacturing industry background with automatic equipment knowledge
28~35 years old is preferred, Fluent English, Initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic, able to work under pressure
Good communication and presentation skill
