职位描述
? Translate global strategic EHS initiatives into business processes and plans of regional sites. Set targets for regional EHS initiatives, execute initiatives, and track progress.
? Establish a system and network to share and leverage best practices from respective sites and be a conduit for sharing leading industry practices with the sites.
? Conduct studies and formulate plans to drive continuous improvement of EHS programs across supply chain functions.
? Establish unified single point of contact linkage from Supply Chain locations across Region to GSC Leadership and Consumer Global EHS.
? Review 72 hour reporting (LWDC/SIIC/noncompliances/etc.), to ensure corrective actions are implemented, and provide independent technical support for critical issues
? Partner with Procurement in the implementation of J&J Standards for Responsible External Supply Chain
? Identify significant unmitigated EHS risks that are shared/common to regional supply chain sites/operations, and develop action plans to solve identified issues including tactics to implement new regulations/legislations and directives
? Coordinate MAARS and Keyhole Assessments, review self-assessments/MAPs, drive MAP execution, summarize results and update regional management and communicate/escalate key issues
? Assure regular communication with facility EHS professionals, facility and senior management on environmental, health and safety results, new initiatives, and best practices.
? Meet with company management boards and site management teams to review EHS results and strategies for continuous improvement.
? Influence critical new hires within regional EHS staff based on fit and relevant capabilities
? Mentor and train regional EHS staff through an apprenticeship model
? Identify high potential candidates for transitional moves within Consumer EHS
? Review major capital expenditures in Region against EHS standards
? Oversee implementation of ** WWEHS Standards requirements for acquisitions & divestitures within the region, including management of site investigation & remediation projects, where applicable
