职位描述
Job responsibility
? Conduct regular micro risk assessment per current equipment, working environment and process
? Lead and implement micro robustness program, which include equipment design review and modification, process, working environment review and improvement.
? Work with production, QA, TA and engineering team on site troubleshooting to solve potential micro contamination issues
? Prepare micro contamination analysis report and management action plan
? Set up manufacture process and working environment hygiene requirements and SOP.
? Set up manufacture equipment hygiene requirements, specification and standard.
? Lead improvement of C&S process
? Interface with QA group to integrate micro standard and implication to equipment and process
? Interface with regional SME to implement any regional initiatives and best practice sharing
? Prepare customized training material and provide hygiene training for the related employees
Key Qualifications
Bachelor (preferable Master degree) with major in Engineering or Microbiology
Minimum 7-8 years above in cosmetic or pharmaceutical company
